Terms of Service
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Vid0: the website at vid0.in, its API, the MCP server and the Vid0 browser extension (together, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Arindam Majumder (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Vid0
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to use YouTube in your country, and able to form a binding contract. To buy a plan you must be an adult. If you use Vid0 for a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google and choose a creator or brand account. Keep your Google account and any API tokens secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at arindammajumder2020@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. YouTube and Google
Vid0 uses YouTube API Services. By using Vid0 you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Vid0 is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google, and “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC. Connecting a channel gives Vid0 read-only access, which you can revoke at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, YouTube's terms, or anyone else's rights;
- connect a channel, or upload analytics, that you aren't authorised to use;
- scrape, resell or bulk-export data from the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset;
- get around plan limits, rate limits or security, or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it;
- upload malware, or send spam or misleading partnership requests;
- publish false statistics or impersonate another creator or brand on a media kit.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, payments and cancellation
Some features need a paid plan. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.
6. Estimates, AI and brand partnerships
Scores, forecasts, outlier multiples, rate suggestions and AI-generated content are estimates and suggestions, not guarantees. Check them before relying on them. You're responsible for what you publish on YouTube or elsewhere.
Partnership requests made through Vid0 go to the Vid0 operator, who may introduce creators and brands to each other. We don't guarantee that any request leads to a deal. Any agreement between a creator and a brand is between them, unless we sign a separate written agreement with you.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to Vid0, such as ideas, uploads and media-kit content. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it, only so we can run the Service for you. When you publish a media kit, that includes showing it publicly at its link.
8. Our rights
The Service, including its software, design, the Vid0 name and logo, and its content (excluding your content and third-party data), is owned by Arindam Majumder. All rights reserved. These terms don't give you any right to use the Vid0 name or logo, except as needed to use the Service normally. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Vid0 at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice first, so you can export your data.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It also depends on third parties such as YouTube, which can change or limit their APIs.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you haven't paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Vid0 after that means you accept them. Questions: arindammajumder2020@gmail.com.
