Good to know

Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Every paid plan is sold in US dollars and Indian rupees, and Indian visitors see rupees first. A subscription stays in the currency you bought it in.
How do credits work?
Basic tools (keyword lookups, title scores, title ideas, Ask Vid0, daily ideas) are free within a daily limit. The bigger AI tools (scripts, channel audits, thumbnail critiques, video reviews, descriptions, comment insights, pitches) give everyone 1 or 2 free tries a day, then spend credits: paid plans include credits every month (extra credit packs are coming soon). Failed calls never count.
What happens when I hit a limit?
That action stops with a message naming the limit you reached. Everything else keeps working, your data stays put, and the limit resets on its own.
How do I cancel?
From Plan & usage, in one click. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
I'm a brand. Which plan do I need?
Brand searches start on Pro (20 a month) and go up to 200 on Agency. Start at Vid0 for brands.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires; cancelling stops the next charge. See the Terms.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown before tax. Polar, our merchant of record, adds GST, VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies (18% GST in India) and shows it on every receipt.
