## Credits

Everyone gets free tries of every AI tool each day. After that, each use spends credits: the plan's monthly credits first, then bought ones. Credit packs are coming soon.

## Billing

- Monthly by default; yearly only if you choose it.
- Every paid plan is sold in US dollars and Indian rupees. A subscription stays in the currency it was bought in.
- Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Cancel or switch from the app in one click; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.
- A use counts only after it succeeds. Failed calls are free.
- The Chrome extension and the creator page are free on every plan.

## FAQ

- **Can I pay in rupees?** Yes. Every paid plan is sold in US dollars and Indian rupees, and Indian visitors see rupees first. A subscription stays in the currency you bought it in.
- **How do credits work?** Basic tools (keyword lookups, title scores, title ideas, Ask Vid0, daily ideas) are free within a daily limit. The bigger AI tools (scripts, channel audits, thumbnail critiques, video reviews, descriptions, comment insights, pitches) give everyone 1 or 2 free tries a day, then spend credits: paid plans include credits every month (extra credit packs are coming soon). Failed calls never count.
- **What happens when I hit a limit?** That action stops with a message naming the limit you reached. Everything else keeps working, your data stays put, and the limit resets on its own.
- **How do I cancel?** From Plan & usage, in one click. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
- **I'm a brand. Which plan do I need?** Brand searches start on Pro (20 a month) and go up to 200 on Agency. Start at [Vid0 for brands](https://vid0.in/brands).
- **Do you offer refunds?** Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires; cancelling stops the next charge. See the [Terms](https://vid0.in/terms).
- **Are taxes included?** Prices are shown before tax. Polar, our merchant of record, adds GST, VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies (18% GST in India) and shows it on every receipt.
